Back in ’80, the job was few and entrepreneurial opportunities scarce. For a young man who wanted additional income to support a growing family, it meant working harder and being enterprising. Pradip Nalawade jumped into the insurance business and started NIC as a source of additional income but soon realized he had a flair for it and it certainly appealed to his heart. He realized he could actually help many people in their difficult times and offer succor through insurance services. He had found his passion and decided to commit to it completely. This was the time Nalawade Insurance Consultants began taking shape and Pradip worked alone often for long hours, to build his clientele and gain their confidence.
As years went by, his expertise grew and so did the financial assets of NIC’s clients. His clients trusted his guidance and the list of trusted clientele has not stopped growing ever since.
While NIC is spearheaded by Pradip, his wife Sujata ensured that the firm flourished and offered top of the line service to their clients. As an independent Insurance Advisor, Sujata understood the business and decided to take charge of the office management as well so that their clients received seamless service at all times.
A man of vision, Pradip has ensured his business has an able and apt successor in his daughter Pooja. He has personally groomed her and helped her achieve laurels as a respected LIC advisor. Pooja joined NIC in 2013 as an independent Insurance Advisor as well as Marketing Director.
